You may submit a Services request via the Website after registration and provide us with the required information. After that, you can select the appropriate “Coach” from the “Coach” listed under each category on the Site. You can also choose the appropriate time and date for you to reserve it. When you do this, the “Coach” you choose can access your request information in accordance with the Privacy Policy terms described above.

You also agree that you will not negotiate with “Coach” regarding the prices of “Services” outside of the “YOUPOSITIVE” platform.

If you use the Platform on the basis of prior agreement between YOUPOSITIVE and the entity you own and/or belong to, the terms and conditions of this Agreement will apply to you in a way that does not conflict with any other agreement between YOUPOSITIVE and that entity. We recommend you to check with the entity you presents to provide you with the details of any agreements made with YOUPOSITIVE.

If you are under (18) years of age, you must have your legal guardian’s permission to receive any of the Services. You also must inform the “coach”. YOUPOSITIVE will assume that you have the permission, and. YOUPOSITIVE does not hold any legal or material liability for any consequences arising from your failure to follow these instructions.

YOUPOSITIVE currently offers the ability to pay for Services by electronic payment through one of the electronic payment channels available on the website. The payment for the session must be done in advance in order to confirm your appointment. All financial benefits shall be in Saudi riyals.

We shall notify that prices are decided by the “coaches” themselves, prices may vary from one to the other.

The Sessions duration will take about 45 to 60 minutes as provided by the “coach”. The Sessions are not recorded.

The “coach” and the User are committed to the following Code of Conduct during the Session:

–No mention of politics / religion / sex / and use of immoral words

–Commitment to integrity / transparency / respect for social customs and traditions

–The “coach” is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the User’s information.

It may appear to the “coach” that the User needs the help of another coach from a different specialty, therefore the coach must explain that and refer the User, with their agreement, to another coach within YOUPOSITIVE.

If the service requested by the user/client is outside the field of and life coaching, the “coach” may refer the User to a psychiatrist in the same city or to a psychiatric site.

Note that YOUPOSITIVE does not provide services or advice regarding disorders which require the expertise of a psychiatrist, but we provide services in the field of life coaching only.

The session may be canceled based on the following:

By the “coach” 24 hours before the appointment scheduled. In this case, YOUPOSITIVE will either reschedule the session with the same “coach” or suggest another “coach” in the same field of specialty as per the User/client convenience. Out of absolute appreciation, YOUPOISITVE may return the session fees to the User in certain occasions.

By the coach during the 24 before the scheduled appointment. In this case, YOUPOSITIVE will either reschedule the Session with the same “coach” or suggest another “coach” in the same field of specialty as per the User convenience.

By the User if he/she canceled within 48 hours before the scheduled session , in that case, the User does not have the right to be refunded at all.

By the User during the last 48 hours before the scheduled session,the customer will receive his money after 30 working days . money will be refunded after deducting processing fees twice .

In cases of a technical failure during the session due to the operating system of“YOUPOSITIVE” platform: Based on each case, “YOUPOSITIVE” at its sole discretion, will either rescheduled” the session “with the same “coach” or refund the User.
Any “coach” must notify YOUPOSITIVE with the reasons behind the cancellation of any session. Knowing that when the User or “Coach” does not attend the session at its scheduled time will be considered as a cancellation request during the last 24 hours before the scheduled session.

YOUPOSITIVE is currently providing services in Saudi Arabia and the Arabian Gulf countries according to the availability of “coaches”, we apologize if we can not provide our services to some areas at the moment.

At YOUPOSITIVE, we provide a Services evaluation tool that can be used by the User, where the User evaluates the “coach” after the session, knowing that the only User who has been in sessions with the ” coach “can evaluate, and ratings will be available publically.

The Services or information obtained from the Site are services and information provided toYOUPOSITIVE by “coaches” and/ or Users. Therefore, YOUPOSITIVE, under any circumstances shall be liable for any damage including, without limitation, any direct, indirect, personal, incidental, consequential damages and loss of expenses regarding using this website, or not being able to use it in respect of any failure in performance, error, omission, interruption, malfunction, delay in operation, transmission or be The cause of computer viruses or the disruption of lines or systems or the result of any breach of the “usage agreement” or the warranties, negligence or liability of the Services or information or otherwise, even if YOUPOSITIVE or its representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage Or losses or expenses.

It does not guarantee any particular result of the Services and does not guarantee the authenticity of the information provided about “coach” and/ or the User.

You agree that the Usage Agreement is not interrupted at any case as an employment contract or partnership, and you may not present yourself to any third party as an employee, agent or representative of YOUPOSITIVE.

The Usage Agreement shall be governed by its interpretation, implementation and all aspects of the provisions of the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its judicial authorities.

If the Usage Agreement is available in more than one language, and the text differs in different copies, the Arabic version shall be the applicable version.

YOUPOSITIVE has the absolute right at any time to modify the Website Usage Agreement without prior notice. You may access the latest version of the Usage Agreement at any time on the Website.

If you do not accept the changes to the Usage Agreement, you won’t be able to access the website. If you continue to use this Site, you implicitly agree to be bound by the modified terms and conditions of the Terms website usage.
