Sandy is a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching Coach, an Executive and Leadership coach certified by the Centre of Executive Coaching, Florida USA, and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) holding the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. Also, Sandy is a certified “MBTI (Myer Briggs Personality Type Indicator)” practitioner, a certified “Strong Interest Inventory” practitioner, and Belbin Team Role Accredited. In addition, she is a Master trainer with over 13 years of experience in organizational development and training across different service industries.
Academically, Sandy is a holder of a Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management and a Masters’ in Organizational and Industrial Psychology (working on the thesis).
Sandy has more than 20 years of Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Talent Management, and Learning & Development experience. She has trained senior managers of different multinational companies in different sectors across Lebanon and the Middle East.
The sense of fulfillment in helping others drives her to coach people and empower them to overcome their limitations and reach their business and life goals.
Sandy is a board member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Lebanon Charter Chapter, heading the training committee being in charge of the members’ development
