From 29 years in Engineering, to 16 years in training & teaching Human Resources Management, the seeds and passion for Coaching has developed into my life as a profession and a style of life. Since 2010, I was developing my coaching through rigorous coaching programs, both for personal (Life Coaching) and Leadership, applying strict ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation(ICF), equipped with various vocational and psychometric tests. Since then I coached clients from different walks and professions, and co-trained lot of coaches in Bahrain and the gulf according to ICF competencies and standards.
